Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities


- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall client experience
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients

Qualifications


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a Plus

- Must speak English, bilingual is a plus but not required

$37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
